First of all, i would like to say sorry to all my friends here. It has been a long time that i dint update any news here. In these few months we were really busy with our daily business. It was Chinese New Year season during January. It made us extremely busy for daily sales.
There is a Valentine's day in February. Many couples came to our shop and bought cream puffs happily. My Valentine's day celebration was serving best cream puffs to all my lovely customers.
Finally, it is March now...
We closed the shop for a few days in the first week of the March. It was because our Japanese chef and I were sick. We were too tired from the busy days and finally became sick. Thanks God that we recovered and could manage the shop after that. We would like to apologize here for closing the shop.
Recently, we got a new staff in our shop. Everything seems to be better and more smooth compare to early stage.
Anyway, we would like to say a thousand THANK YOU to all our friends here.
